It is practically impossible to find a low-carb substitute
for the taste and texture of rice. Right? This one is
going to surprise you. I love it.
3 Tblsp butter
1 cup Maltitol powdered
1/4 tsp Stevia
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Xanthan gum
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Vanilla Sugarfree Syrup
1 cup sour cream
5 eggs
2 cups Keto Cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all but the cereal in an electric blender. Turn
off blender and add the cereal, stirring by hand with
a long handled wooden spoon. Pour mixture into a buttered
or oiled deep soufflé bake dish. Bake for 45-50
minutes until top is puffy and browned. Remove and allow
to cool. Then chill in refrigerator several hours. Serve
with a sprinkle of nutmeg and whipped cream.
